THE GUERNICA GUEST | Rodrigo Lledó

To open our series we will listen to Rodrigo Lledó, a Chilean human rights lawyer who headed the legal team of the Human Rights Program of Chile’s Minister of Justice until 2016.

 

He is currently living in Spain, where he leads the Legal Department at the International Foundation Baltasar Garzón (www.fibgar.org). During his time as the head of the legal team of the Human Rights Program in Chile he brought justice for crimes committed during Pinochet’s dictatorship. He was involved in several landmarking cases such as the Victor Jara case, the Woodward case or the Caravan of Death cases.
